Annual Company Conference

Unlocking Customer Success
20th May to 24th May

We are delighted to announce that our annual company conference will be held the week of 20th May, 2024.

We will use this time together to review the company’s values, goals, strategies and, more importantly, have employees from different countries and offices meet face-to-face.  Throughout the week, the team will have various sessions, reflecting on our last 12 months, celebrating our collective accomplishments, sharing ideas, team building activities and evaluating how we can better serve our valued customers both from a product and service offering perspective.


During this period, critical business impacting issues will be addressed immediately. These include where there is a total system failure impacting the whole business, resulting in a customer not being able to trade. When an issue has only impacted a limited number of users, a work around will be implemented to keep customers operating.

Issues which have no or minimal impact to operations, such as how to’s, training, requests for configuration changes, development estimations, data uploads etc., will be addressed from the week commencing Monday 27th May, 2024.


We ask for your collaboration to work with our respective Project Managers to schedule project related meetings and activities outside the conference week.  During this period, light support will remain to immediately address any critical issues impacting business operations.

Our Project Manager will work with you to schedule the tasks to limit any impact on your implementation project, such as:

  • Requests for Configuration Changes
  • Scope of Work Development Estimations
  • Data Uploads
  • Training
  • Status Meetings
  • Go Live


Your support will allow the full Thomax team to contribute, learn and get the most from the conference. If you have any urgent matters that require immediate attention, please reach out to us before the conference week.
