Change Freeze Notification - 2025

We’d like to thank you for your ongoing support throughout 2025.

As the peak logistics season approaches, we wish to advise that our annual change freeze will commence on Monday, 24th November 2025 and remain in effect until Friday, 2nd January 2026.

During this period, our team will continue to provide standard support services, but certain activities will be paused to ensure maximum support capacity and system stability throughout your peak operations.

❌ Activities on Hold During the Change Freeze:

  • System configuration changes
  • Development Enhancements or updates
  • Customer onboarding (Go Lives)

 

To ensure a smooth transition into the change freeze period, please note:

  • Service orders received by Friday, 17th October 2025 will be considered for release prior to the change freeze.
  • Orders received after this date will be processed starting Monday, 5th January 2026.

If you have any questions about your current projects, please reach out to your Thomax Project Manager directly.

We’ll resume full business operations from Monday, 5th January 2026.
