With the peak logistics season fast approaching, we want to let you know that our annual embargo kicks off Saturday November 18, 2023 and continues till Friday January 26, 2024.

Whilst we will continue to provide you with normal support over the change freeze period, some services will be placed on hold to ensure maximum support capacity during your peak period. Activities that will not be undertaken during this period include:

System configuration changes

Development releases or updates

Customer Onboarding (Go Lives)

If you have any service orders, those received by Friday October 6th, 2023 will be in consideration for release prior to the embargo period. Orders received after that date will only commence processing from Monday January 29th, 2024.

We’ll be back on deck with business as usual from Monday January 29th, 2024.
